Diverters/Valves/Gates

Premier 'A’ Valves divert a material stream into one of two destinations, and are designed for gravity drop installations where no pressure differential exists across the inlet and outlet.

Premier Aeropass Valves are designed to divert material directly into a hopper. The valve’s height enables its use in low-clearance areas. Aeropass Valves may be mounted directly on top of a Scale Hopper, simplifying system design and requiring a lower initial investment. Immediate shutoff of material, when the Scale Hopper is full, makes the Aeropass Valve ideally suited for scaling applications.

Premier Tunnel Diverter Valves are designed for use in pressure or vacuum systems to divert or converge granulars, fine powders, or abrasive materials. Fast, easy seal replacement minimizes maintenance downtime. The seals can be accessed without disturbing the valve’s installed, supported position; and without removing the housing, rotor, or bearings.

Premier Diverter Valves direct material from one source to multiple destinations. The cylindrical, cast housing provides a smooth, low resistance path for the conveying air and material. One outlet is in line with the inlet, and the other is offset 30 degrees. The diverter valve is ideal for use in pressure systems.

Line Components, Hose & Fittings

Conveying Line Conveying line is available in your choice of aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel, and in a wide range of tube and pipe sizes.
Conveying Hose Flexible conveying hose is available for many different applications. It comes in standard duty, with ground wire, spouting or light duty, lightweight, food grade, and for hot air use.
Long Sweep Elbows Conveying line elbows are available in aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel, in pipe and tubing sizes. Ceramic coatings can be applied to the interior of the elbow for particularly abrasive applications. Configurations include 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° bends with straight tangents on each end.
Line Wyes To feed receivers from a common material line, line wyes provide a branch transition to each unit. Size and material of construction is matched to your conveying line selection.
Compression Couplings Bolted compression couplings make for easy installation of the conveying line. Gasketed for a positive seal, each coupling also includes a stainless steel grounding strip to maintain continuity and guard against static build-up.
Quick Couplings Line connections can be made easily with quick couplings in a complete array of configurations and materials of construction.

Level Indication and Inventory Control

SIDE-MOUNT ROTATING LEVEL INDICATOR

Group consists of:

115V-1-60 AC motor
(2) SPDT switches in an aluminum housing
SS flexible shaft
Single vane SS paddle
UL and CSA seals

PROXIMITY LEVEL SWITCHES

Detects the presence of material in a hopper or bin.
Works on capacitance basis and is capable of detecting most materials that are commonly handled pneumatically, including most chemicals plastics and foods.
Sensitivity is adjustable using the screw driver included. The correct sensitivity is easily determined by viewing the status LED on the back of the unit.
Switch mounts in the 1.25" hole and is secured by two nuts which turn on the threaded housing.

TOP-MOUNT ROTATING HIGH-LEVEL INDICATOR

Used for high level control in storage tanks or surge bins

Group consists of:

"PLUMB BOB" INVENTORY LEVEL SENSORS

Provides on-demand, digital inventory readings in feet-of-product, feet-to-product and percentage full.
Remote sensors can be operated manually from a console or PC via a specifically-designed IMS software program.
The remote sensor lowers at a rate of 2 ft./sec.
Microprocessor based remote sensors make the level data from the level sensor consistently reliable.
Console or PC controls up to (30) remote sensors.
Data cable for installation is available.
